ABM International ships Ex-Works or Prepaid and Add; parcel shipping is with FedEx Ground.  Your machine will be scheduled to ship after receipt of payment in full.

Installation and Training can be scheduled as soon as the machine arrives at the customer's facility. The customer will be billed for all expenses incurred, including but not limited to, technician labor, travel time, transportation, hotel, meals, etc.  Our technician labor rate for installation and training is be $200.00 per hour in the Continental United States and $250 per hour outside the USA.  Travel time is billed at $125.00 per hour. Mileage is charged at the standard rate.

ABM International has machines installed and operating in over fifty different countries worldwide. Our ability to service them is unmatched in the industry. Our factory technicians can log into your system remotely, troubleshoot electronic problems over the phone, and instruct your staff to make the necessary repairs. Complimentary training for CAD drawing, modifying, and editing will be provided before installation. If problems cannot be resolved remotely, we will fly a technician to your location as outlined above.
